Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing sequence of dynamic poses harmonising breath and movement. These creative classes build strength, endurance and flexibility; energising the body and calming the mind.
Suitable for: These are open level classes and postures can be modified to suit all levels however if you are new to yoga or looking after an injury we recommend attending a beginners class first to get to grips with the basics.
Beginners Yoga
Our Beginners Yoga classes are open to anyone but especially those without any prior knowledge or practice of Yoga. There is a specific focus on learning the benefits and the correct alignment of yoga postures. You will learn the correct breathing techniques whilst building strength and confidence in areas of weakness and increase flexibility of both the body and the mind. Beginners classes often include mobility exercises that will open and strengthen the body in order to find more ease in the more traditional yoga postures.
Suitable for: Great for anyone looking to start Yoga for the first time. This class is also recommended for anyone who is looking after an injury or looking for a slower paced class.
Ashtanga Vinyasa
A fast-paced dynamic form of Yoga with a specific traditional series of postures. In this class you will be guided through a modified version of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series.
Suitable for: These are open level classes and postures can be modified to suit all levels however if you are new to yoga or looking after an injury we recommend attending a beginners class first to get to grips with some of the basics.
Hatha Yoga
In this class expect to practice asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), a little meditation and relaxation. Think less flow and slower, held postures.
Suitable for: These classes are suitable for all levels and abilities. A great place for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Hot Flow Yoga
This Hot Vinyasa class will warm you up inside and out. Expect a dynamic class where you will work on developing strength and steadiness by staying connected with the breath.
Suitable for: A good level of fitness and some previous yoga experience is recommended for the heated classes.
Mum and Baby Yoga
Stretch, bond and breathe with your baby in this special yoga series designed for mothers and their infants. Meet other mums and babies while you strengthen and support post-partum bodies with specifically chosen postures and sequences.
Suitable for all babies from 7 weeks, classes combine Developmental Baby Massage with Mum and Baby Yoga. In a warm and supportive environment, you’ll be guided through a varied class that includes yoga postures, breath work and singing joyful songs with your baby.
Suitable for: These gentle and therapeutic classes are open to all mothers regardless of yoga experience and babies 7 weeks+
Awakening Yoga
This class is in the style of the awakening yoga system. The class will consist of strong moving flows that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility and strength. The classes are designed to move through the asana practice ebbs and flows and between effort and ease- helping discover the potentiality of your physical body. Helping you find joy in the journey.

Slow Flow Yoga
A slower paced vinyasa class. A class that will open up the body and the mind leaving you spacious and renewed. Each class will include pranayama, asana and relaxation.
Suitable for: This is an open level class that welcomes all levels and abilities, there is something for everyone.
